Expanding a FARER Favorite

Since its inception in 2017, the Aqua Compressor collection by Farer has undergone continuous refinement. Beginning with the shift from stainless steel to lightweight titanium, resulting in a mere 62g weight, the collection has now been reimagined for enhanced functionality. Introducing two new FARER aqua compressors the Endeavour Ocean White and the Hecla Carmine Red alongside the popular black Endeavour, these three models stand out as Farer's purpose-built dive watches. In addition to their craftsmanship, this release maintains a commitment to marine conservation, with a portion of each Aqua Compressor sale contributing to the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust. Boasting a 300m depth rating, the Aqua Compressor utilizes water pressure to compress gaskets as it descends, making it an ideal dive watch for underwater exploration. Housing the Sellita SW200-1 movement, this Swiss automatic caliber features a bespoke wave-engraved rotor visible through the sapphire exhibition case back. Adjusted for accuracy in three positions, it operates at 4Hz with a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.

The Endeavour Ocean White introduces a fresh perspective to the Aqua Compressor line, featuring a fully lumed dial and bezel. The Grade X1 Super-LumiNova on white surfaces, paired with jet-black details, creates optimal low-light legibility. Recessed minute track and applied hour markers add depth, while the subtle wave pattern beneath the lume enhances its appeal as a practical dive watch.

The Hecla Carmine Red stands out as the boldest Aqua Compressor, boasting a deep red dial and an integrated rubber strap. Batons and Arabic numerals in Lumicast, a blend of ceramic and Super-LumiNova, provide excellent legibility. The unidirectional bezel, operated by the lower screw-down crown, features lumed markings, emphasizing the watch's practicality in diving scenarios.
